PayPal’s Volatile Pattern

PayPal (PYPL), a major player in digital payments, has seen its stock decline just over 20% since January amid a competitive landscape and economic pressures. Its technical rating stands at a strong sell. However, the stock recently flashed the 6-4-D sequence, a signal that has only occurred 15 times for PYPL since 2019. Data from the IndexBox platform indicates that following this pattern, the stock has landed in positive territory 80% of the time after the next 10-week period.
